    AP Chem-Help Empty AP Chem-Help

    Post by Ahmed Fri Jan 15, 2010 8:48 pm

    I am looking for a site that has the multiple choice questions of previous AP Chem exams. I tried college board, but they just have the Free-Response questions.

    Take it and tell em your score. I can't believe that these are so called "AP" questions...they are too easy to the point of disgrace.

    No noob. 22.4 L is the volume of an ideal gas.

    And to get the value of an ideal gas, just plug in the STP values (1 ATM and 273 K and 1 mol of gas) in the Ideal Gas Equation (PV=nRT)...you'll get 22.4 L for the volume.

    PROOF:

    V=((1 mol)(.08206 L-atm/mol-k)(273 K))/1 atm
    V=22.4 L

    One mole of an ideal gas will occupy a volume of 22.4 liters at STP

    No noob. 22.4 L is the volume of an ideal gas.

    I was saying that 22.4 L is NOT STP. STP is 273 K and 1 ATM.
