I solved the damn Question. The damn thing wasn't accepting my answer because I was off by ONE decimal number. I always wrote xxxxxx.yyyyyyyy it wanted xxxxxx.yyyyyyyyy ....teachers just say "write lots of decimals" LOLStupid program. At least I figured it out before it was too late
