RE: Universal Staff Forum

Well, this was a small issue brought up a while ago, but I was really busy at the time so I didn't get to vote.

But now we have more staff, so here is what I'm proposing. Only 1, universal, staff forum that all staff members can use. It means we don't have a separate GFX, admin and mod forum, and that the staff can work closer and more tightly together. It can also be used to plan events for New Horizons, and possibly competitions.

So what is your opinion/vote?

there is no point, no one posts in the current staff forums, its best to include the members when your making any choices that might affect them.

Yes, but that's because there is so many!

And have you ever heard of surprises? Surprise people with a competition, or with a gift.

I agree with this suggestion as, I said before, It will be more organized and united forum .

ive got a counter suggestion, how about we have extra forums like this.

admin forum: admin and co can post here but they might as well just pm each other unless a new co turns up.

mod forum: mods and admins can see this.

staff forum. gfx team, mods and admins can see it.

Therefore that cancels out the Admin forum, and we already have the other two forums...

So we have only one forum, then all staff members can talk together. I can see no reasons for not having 1, and it sounds like Steve wants to Mods to be 'better' than everyone else.

With all due respect, I do not think the mods are considered 'better' than anyone else in this context, the staff is staff. I repeat, how long is this poll for?

i dont want the mods to be better than everyone else, but its true that they have more power than you. we mod more areas. with my suggestion you would get the forum you want.

Well, considering I pretty much made half of this forum, and was an admin for quite a while, I'd kinda consider myself as a mod. 'xcept I'm in the GFX team group.
