Freaky, disturbing and Scary (?)

Somehow I reached this clip. It is said by many on the YouTube commenters for the clip as "Freaky, disturbing" etc.

I personally thought it would be creep after reading all the comments (I read the comments before seeing it) ...but after seeing it, *shrug* I didn't find it creepy at all :

Neverless I willt ake the precaution and write them:

"Very creepy, disturbing children's cartoon, banned from TV"



Did it freak you out...and what do you think of it? Ill write out what I think later...

I can see why it was banned (bad morals/themes). In a child's perspective it is freaky, but teens i think see it as weird.

Interestingly it was a story written by Mark Twain in the story "Adventures of Mark Twain" and he is one of the authors that I could research and write about for my English project... (I wonder if I could show my class this clip as the visual ? )

It was weird, clamation is weird to watch. Defenentially not suited for children (the cigarette etc.) Why would Mark Twain write this;are you sure it was Mark Twain?

Yes, later on in his life he got depressed and d the human race. Look "Adventures of Mark Twain" in wikipedia....

I think it was pretty weird as well, but some of the things portrayed make sense (as in people create discourse over little, petty things). It could scare children, but adults should probably learn and understand!

All of todays cartoons are about card playing and sword fighting.

Which channel banned this video, by the way?

*Shrug* I don't know...if you notice on the youtube commenst of this clip...some older people saw iton TV when they were 6, so its must be at least 25 years old.

This was a small clip from it...these kids were basically learning history at the moment in that clip, I think....

well lets take a good look, we humans find it safe to be ingorant of what we realy are, greedy little monsters, who beter to show us that the fallen angel. this is only showing the part of us we dont want to see and people who refuse to see the truth will pass it off a odd or evil

I do wanna watch the rest though, was kind of interesting.

most of the posts here don't seem to be written with much thought to what it was, without answering the question they have mainly said you would watch more and it was weird. when i was a kid there were some great shows made from clay so obviously i dont find stop start animation hard to watch in fact i always think the work done on something like this is incredible.

As for how weird it is... i only think its weird when you think of it from the point of view of a five year old, and it would hardly make them devil worshippers. i think it was fine.

Well that's bad in a way, if watching a cartoon will lower their faith or even convert them....then that's a bad sign of how powerful their faith is....

i got a problem with roman catholics, they don't speak for me not like me.
