Evoultion Theory
I believe the evoltion theory is complete nonsense and we did not evolve from apes.

Re: Evoultion Theory
no it doesnt say we evolved from apes
you see no apes have the same number of chromosomes as us, its impossible to change the number of chromosomes because then reproduction wouldn't work and you would just die leaving nothing

Re: Evoultion Theory
Then I said :
If that is true than how come that we aren't the same and how come we are smarter than them?
I did look up the theory and it says that we did not evolve from Apes but "came from a common ancestors with them"
If that is true than how come that we aren't the same and how come we are smarter than them?

Re: Evoultion Theory
Because we evolved in the far off past to become homosapiean witch means wise monkey! and all life started with plants then evolved into shellfish and then into giant scorpions that live under water or fish with giant skull. We come from the fish side so we go like this
Bacteria-small shellfish-large shellfish-fish-lizards- lizards with a 3 chamber heart-small furry rat like thing-monkey man- man

Re: Evoultion Theory
Pried focus on humans here, not animals...
Anyways, if we evolved Pried then how come apes and monkies still exist...wouldn't they haev eveolved too?

they did into what they are today, we evolved from prehistoric apes and so did the apes of today to become what they are

Re: Evoultion Theory
Yes old types of apes die and new ones evolve it's a big word called "evolution" but it’s ok if you don’t understand it just means that you are blinded to a greater truth

X )
I took the evolutionary theory last year...note that it is a theory, not a law, so it isn't supported 100% by all scientists
If the old apes died then they wouldn't still exist today

Re: Evoultion Theory
because humans evolved in a enviornment where a large brain and little fur would be most usefull so we survived a humans witch lead to more humans being born and in the end us

Apes lived in many places that humans lived...how come they didn't evolve?

because they evolved a diferent way and lived just fine. if things only evolve one way then there would only be one living thing on earth

Re: Evoultion Theory
But they lived in the same factors. In Africa for example, humans in Sub-Saharan Africa lives side by side with apes and gorillas for millions of years, so why didn't they become the same species?

Re: Evoultion Theory
because they evoled diferently, you dont pick how you evolve you just do! it's a mutation and if it's a good mutation that cearture will live and reproduce witch lead to more of that creature reproducing and so on

Re: Evoultion Theory
Since Humans and apes hypathectically came from one species and they lived together with the same environmental factor...so which advantage did Humans or apes have that made them differ?

Re: Evoultion Theory
did you read what i said ahmed? today's apes and monkeys aren't what we were like before we were human people used to think there was a missing link between apes and us, an animal people couldn't find which was in between apes and us. but the reason we couldn't find it was because it never existed. we didn't so much evolve from apes, its more like we used to look kinda similar to them (I think we did anyway) and then our bodies adapted into what we are today

Also Steve why would we look kind of similar to them? Whats the proof?

Re: Evoultion Theory
because we walk on 2 legs and have a similar bone structure. also there's proof in fossils.

Re: Evoultion Theory
Thats called a coincedence....just because we have similar bone structures doesn't mean we are related.
How do you know the fossil proof isn't faked?

Re: Evoultion Theory
Wow a debate on evolution lol
Brother you are aware that gravity is also a "theory" and the concept of atoms being the building blocks of matter is also a "theory". A theory not just random guess or hypothesis that has gained popularity ... however there is a difference between a law and a theory ... lets just say that theories are explainations as to why a specific, observable phenomenon occurs that have been proven to be true by consistent results from experimentation and laws are basically rules that are always true adn absolute ... the thing is that there isn't enough evidence for theories to be absolute and always true ... but yeah evolution is a theory lol
And man, you guys really suck at debating
This is why evolution remains a theory, the lack of evidence to conclusively prove that it is true and the lack of evidence to prove that it is false ... this is also why they say theories can only be disapproved and not "proved". The fact remains that there is no "intermediate" fossil or "missing link" to prove that humans share a common ancestor with apes but there is no real proof falsifying this idea ....

Re: Evoultion Theory
Many scientists don't bleieve in this theory because it doesn't make sense when you look at life in general....
For example:
For example:
Dr. W. R. Thompson referes to this fact in his introduction to The Origin of Species, in which he says that "the success of Darwinism was accompanied by a decline in scientific integrity." He gives as examples the case of the Piltdown skull, in which an ape's jawbone was substituted for the original human one, and the case of the Java Man, in which a battered skullcap of a gibbon was represented as belonging to a creature half-man, half-ape, in order to provide an argument for Darwin's theory that man was descended from an ape.
Dr. Thompson might have added many more examples of fraud. For example, he might have referred to the Australopithecinae fossils, put forward by Drs. Dart and Broom as evidence of evolution, which were proved to be just fossils of ordinary apes by Professor Zuckerman in his chapter in Evolutions as a Process, edited by Dr. Julian Huxley, A. C. Hardy and E. B. Ford. (1954).
It is true to say, therefore, that this formulative period of the theory of evolution was barren of any practical results except to afford a basis for rationalism, a framework for communism, and to provide an incentive for the introduction of fraud and superstition into scientific investigation, when no genuine proof could be found for the theory.

Re: Evoultion Theory
Yeah but then again, its the only "plausable scientific" (notice the use of quotes ) explanation pertaining to the origins and advancement of life ... its like tryna figure out if the egg came before the chicken or the chicken before the egg ...
Allahu Al'a3m. What Allah has revealed in the Qur'an and the words of the Rasool (sa) are the only things I believe in and am certain of. To the extent of my knowledge, certain parts of evolution can be seen as being corroborated by the Qur'an (depends on interpretation) but the bulk of it collides with it ...
