You ask the receptionist where Elen's room is.
When you get to Elen's room the nurse who is tending her warns you to not stress her because she had a nervous breakdown and has paranoia.

You enter the room that Elen is in.

"Hello", you say.
Elen is speechless.
You start waving your hands around.
"Who are you?", she manages to whisper.
You tell her your name.
"LIAR!"

The Nurse enters the room due to her shout, she leads you out of the room. She apologizes to you and tells you to leave.

You take a taxi back to your villa. It's 11 PM at night. Your see that your wife has left you dinner at the table. Your wife is sitting on a chair near the table.

"You came late today. Well I'm going to sleep in my room because I'm tired.", she says.

You say:

A. How come you never sleep with me?
B. You don't like kids, do you?
C. Good night then.
D. I want you to eat with me.

"How come you never sleep with me?", you ask your wife.

"Oh, did you forget? I stopped sleeping with you when you cheated on me. I was afraid you might of gotten an STD or something." And she turns around and goes off to her room.

You feel guilty. You finish dinner, and you go to sleep in your room.

The next day, before going to work, you first head to your doctor.

"Doctor could you check to see if I have an STD or anything?"

The doctor examines you.

"You don't seem to have any STDs; however, I was able to find out that you have a genetic disorder that made you sterile. You didn't pick this up, from an STD. You were born with this."

Your head starts to hurt. "What does this mean? Didn't Elen tell me that she's pregnant with my kid?", you start thinking to yourself.

What do you do now, you think to yourself?

A. Visit Elen at the hospital.
B. Go back home, to your wife.
