| you sleep for hours...but you have to wake up in order to realize it's a dream. So, the second you wake and realize what you see is a dream, that dream gone too. So, I think that's very reasonable
btw, I don't like snapple b/c of the sediment at the bottom of the juice

| no in sleep you actually spend alot of time in deep sleep where the body truly rest, there are 5 phases of sleep and you spend the least amount of time dreaming. and the 2 sec thing i dont believe. | |

You don't need to wake up to realize you're dreaming.
You have an average of 7 dreams while you're sleeping.
It's called REM (rapid eye movement) when you can dream.
It takes about an 30 minutes to an hour and a half of sleeping to enter that stage. | |
