| Dear member of the New Horizings Community,
In order to form among ourselves a most perfect union, we hereby form an institution to ensure Justice.
You may henceforth present a case against an individual or the Forum itself. The rules are in the making, but here are some fundamentals:
1. All Forum rules are applicable and strongly enforced.
2. While bringing forth a case, please make sure that its valid and reasonable.
3. Each party may request a fellow member to represent as attorney.
4. The Court's decision must be respected and accepted as binding.
5. If serious disagreements rise, an appeal may be presented.
6. Only one appeal may be presented per case.
Kindly suggest more rules as you seem fit, and they maybe considered for adding up here.
Please also suggest an icon for the forum. | |
