Jimmy Carter wasn't great in the start, but now he's a very respectable man.
Sayf, all of the Kennedies made a huge sacrifice for our country. Two were murdered, JFK served in the military.

but what about his policies as president of USA makes him the best president.
While agree than Carter is a great man of peace, and I deeply admire him for that and some other things, but I must say that he was unable to become a "great" president. To say the obvious, his policies did not secure him a second term. His lost to Reagan clearly puts him on the wrong side of Election '80.
